Our client, an established and family-owned company, has an immediate opening for an experienced Technical Sales Representative. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who enjoys meeting with customers, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers (B2B)
• Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
• Manage a sales portfolio valued at approximately $300,000 annually
• Follow up on leads and conduct outreach through cold calling
• Meet agreed-upon sales targets and timelines
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
• Provide general support including customer service, and office related tasks as needed.
• Up to 25% travel throughout IL, WI, IN, and MI to meet with customers and prospects, rarely overnight.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Capable of delivering tailored presentations to diverse audiences
• Open to feedback and focused on continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This role offers a base salary $40K plus commission, $75K to planuncapped; a flexible, 32 hours/wk schedule; travel reimbursement; and, the opportunity to manage your own territory and schedule while being an instrumental team member. No other benefits at this time.
