Hydro Source is seeking an Engineered Sales Representative in San Antonio to grow our presence with civil engineers, municipalities and water/wastewater professionals in Central Texas. You’ll build relationships, deliver technical presentations, and guide projects from design through completion, leveraging our engineered products and manufacturer support to craft the right solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside, technical, or engineered sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to discuss technical products and learn water/wastewater applications.
• Experience developing new business and managing longer sales cycles.
• Self-motivated and organized with territory independence.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with civil engineering firms throughout the San Antonio market.
• Identify upcoming water/wastewater projects to pursue opportunities early in the design process.
• Become knowledgeable in Hydro Source’s engineered products, applications, and manufacturer offerings.
• Assist engineers with product selection, specifications, and project solutions with support from our manufacturers or technical team.
• Conduct engineering office visits, Lunch & Learns, technical presentations, and project meetings.
• Track projects from early design through bidding, award, and sale.
• Develop new engineering relationships while continuing to grow existing accounts.
• Maintain an organized territory, project pipeline, and follow-up schedule.
• Meet or exceed sales activity goals established by management.
