SNF Holding Company is seeking a Hychem Technical Sales Representative in Texas. You will aggressively execute a sales strategy to grow Hychem volume in the assigned territory, working with the Area Sales Manager to close new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.

The role requires developing technical service plans, expert polymer application knowledge, and strong customer relationships. A home office in San Antonio, Lubbock, or Abilene is supported with travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or business; equivalent market experience.
• Minimum of five years of successful and progressive sales experience in related products.
• Experience with wastewater polymers at meat, grain, and dairy processing plants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for the Hychem territory.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and execute account sales plans.
• Identify customer needs and advocate value-added solutions.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for polymer applications in water and wastewater systems.
