Connect Search, LLC is hiring a Technical Sales Representative for multiple U.S. locations. This full-time, early‑career role offers paid training, hands‑on experience, and mentorship to help you build a successful career in technology sales.

You will travel about 60%+, meet customers face‑to‑face, demonstrate automation and sensing technology, and grow a regional customer base. Starting base salary is $54,820 base with a $24,000 target bonus ($78,820 combined), insurance and 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by start date or associate + 4+ years military experience.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to think critically, adapt, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Motivation to pursue goals in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to travel 60% or more, including overnight stays.
• Ability to lift and transport demonstration equipment weighing 35–85 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn the technology: Build expertise in automation, quality control, and sensing products through in-depth training and ongoing coaching.
• Build your customer base: Connect with potential customers through cold calling, leads, networking, and relationship building.
• Bring solutions to life: Meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and deliver hands-on product demonstrations.
• Own your goals: Manage opportunities within your regional territory and collaborate with your local team to meet and exceed sales targets.
