WarmUp is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to develop new business with manufacturers in the Evansville area. You will research accounts, conduct outbound outreach, and qualify opportunities through long sales cycles, collaborating with our engineering team once a program is awarded.

This is a fully on-site role emphasizing a technically informed, persistent sales approach, with a base salary of $80,000–$90,000, a year-end bonus, and a 401(k) with employer contributions plus a 3% match;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial markets.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone presence.
• Demonstrated persistence within long-cycle sales environments.
• Willingness to develop technical product knowledge.
• Located in Evansville area or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Conduct account research and outbound outreach to prospective manufacturers.
• Qualify opportunities and maintain follow-up through extended sales cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering for technical understanding after award.
• Manage relationships toward eventual account ownership and potential sales management.
