Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for the Omaha, NE area to secure and expand key accounts, manage revenue and margins, and develop long-term relationships with architects, designers, general contractors and distributors.

The role focuses on delivering technical collateral, coordinating product knowledge training, and achieving sales goals while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management with 2–3 years of construction experience
• Or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals.
• Develops new account opportunities and increases use of Tremco CPG products in the territory.
• Manages accounts with business development opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities in the territory.
• Delivers technical collateral, presentations and correspondence in support of the sales process.
• Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate product knowledge training sessions.
• Attends industry conventions and trade shows.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge across product lines.
