Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division is seeking a Technical Sales Rep to grow revenue in Omaha, NE by managing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and driving product specifications. You will coordinate plans with senior staff and maintain strong customer relationships to meet quarterly goals.

The role requires 2–4 years in construction or related sales, with travel within the territory and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular).
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities to grow Tremco CPG products in territory.
• Manages accounts with strategic initiatives and monthly forecasts.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge across lines.
