Job summary

Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division seeks a Technical Sales Rep for the Miami, FL area. You will secure, develop, and manage key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts while owning performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts.

The role covers Tremco’s Sealing and Waterproofing products, aims to exceed revenue, margin, and product mix objectives, and requires building trusted partnerships with customers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or 5 years construction/industry experience.
• Two+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of waterproofing, sealants, air barriers and related construction terms.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and expectations.
• Develop new account opportunities to increase Tremco CPG product use in territory.
• Prepare strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities throughout territory.
• Deliver technical collateral, product presentations and business correspondence.
• Travel within assigned territory as required.
