Ciena’s Atlanta-based 24-month Technical Sales Development Program trains you for a successful career in technical sales as an Account Manager or Sales Engineer. You’ll learn to build relationships, design networks, and drive new business opportunities while working with experienced professionals across the company.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, networking, mentoring, and exposure to Field Service, Technical Support, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
• Prior technical and/or sales co-op/work experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client engagement
