Job summary

United Pipeline Systems, Inc. is seeking a driven Technical Sales Manager focused on the Texas market to grow our presence in energy, oil & gas, municipal, mining, and pipeline construction sectors. You will manage opportunities across the sales cycle and coordinate with HQ in Durango, CO.

The role requires strong sales and relationship skills, technical aptitude, and willingness to travel regularly within the territory to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales or account management in energy/pipeline/oil & gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction, integrity, or related services.
• Ability to read specs, drawings, bid packages, and customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pipeline operators, general contractors, engineering firms, and field ops.
• Identify needs and propose United Pipeline Systems products and technical solutions.
• Develop proposals, quotes, scopes of work, and pricing with internal teams.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract award.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecast data.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to craft suitable solutions.
• Lead the sales-to-project handoff for awarded work.
