Mercury Hampton Ltd is expanding its New England territory with a Technical Sales Manager focused on aerospace and medical cutting tools. You will travel extensively, develop existing accounts and win new business while delivering technical support and training.

The role emphasizes robust knowledge of tooling, metallurgy and machining processes, plus strong communication skills to interact with customers and partners across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cutting-tool technology or closely related machining environment.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy and carbide tooling.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and explain machining concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales across the New England territory.
• Manage and expand relationships with customers and distribution partners.
• Promote and sell standard and bespoke cutting tools.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Visit customers and sales partners regularly.
• Provide technical advice and application support.
• Deliver product training and organise technical seminars.
• Prepare quotations for standard and special tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries.
