An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to spearhead growth in the Desert Southwest. As the Technical Sales Manager for the Desert Southwest – including New Mexico, Arizona, and the Imperial and Coachella Valley, California —you’ll have the chance to establish and grow ICL's Growing Solutions business from the ground up. This role will require an entrepreneurial mindset and will be responsible for building and growing the sales of the crop nutrition portfolio including granular, water-soluble, controlled release, and liquid fertilizers. This will include customer relationship management from the distributor to retailer and grower level and a broad portfolio of ICL products. This role will work closely with product portfolio managers, agronomy, marketing, and sales operations to ensure a positive customer experience and the highest level of commercial excellence.
Location: This position will cover areas within the Desert Southwest including Arizona, New Mexico, and Imperial and Coachella Valley, California. When not traveling in the field, this position will work remotely from home.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $100,000 - $137,000
Annual Bonus Target: 20%, subject to plan provisions.
