Job summary

Eaton is launching the Technical Sales Leadership Development Program (TSLDP), a two-year rotational path to grow future leaders in the Electrical Sector. You will rotate between marketing and inside sales engineering roles, building technical and commercial expertise.

Based in Highland, IL with a second year in Houston, TX, you will gain hands-on product knowledge, regional market exposure, and customer-service skills while advancing toward sales leadership opportunities at Eaton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation date before January 2027 (February starters) or June 2027 (July starters).
• Minimum GPA 2.8.
• At least one internship or 3 months of work experience by application.
• Willing to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 1-year rotations in Highland, IL and Houston, TX.
• Develop sales and technical skills through structured rotations and mentorship.
• Build value-driven solutions for distributors, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end customers.
