Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, is hiring a Technical Sales Representative for Feed Additives & Premix in Texas (Friona or Comanche). You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and sales teams, providing product knowledge, nutrition insights, and value-based recommendations to drive growth.

You'll conduct farm visits, interpret field data, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product trials and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into practical value for customers.
• Strong communication skills for technical presentations and training.
• Experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, premixes, and livestock systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and sales teams.
• Conduct farm visits and work directly with customers in the animal production industry.
• Interpret field data and provide nutrition, housing, and equipment recommendations.
• Support sales activities with value-based solutions and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, trainings, and programs.
• Assist with product trials, implementation, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive product development and quality.
