This role involves mentoring staff, leading estimating efforts, and translating customer requirements into effective solutions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and extensive experience in technical sales.

Formación

• Minimum of five years’ experience in technical sales support or solutions engineering.
• Experience in project-based, engineered to order industries preferred.
• Ability to analyze customer specifications and RFPs.
