Job summary

Chase Corporation and Sheldahl are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Leader to drive strategic growth across Space, Aerospace, Defense, and Advanced Satellite Communications markets.

This role will work directly with spacecraft engineers, thermal engineers, materials engineers, design engineers, systems architects, program managers, and procurement teams to identify, specify, and commercialize advanced Sheldahl and Chase technologies in mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales or related fields in aerospace.
• Experience selling into aerospace, defense, or satellite sectors.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for space and defense accounts.
• Identify new customers and programs in aerospace markets.
• Manage opportunities from design engagement to production readiness.
