Job summary

Chase Corporation and Sheldahl are seeking a Technical Sales Leader to drive growth in Space, Aerospace, Defense, and Advanced Satellite Communications markets. You will work with spacecraft engineers, thermal engineers, materials engineers, and program managers to identify and commercialize advanced technologies across mission-critical applications.

You will expand relationships with space companies, satellite manufacturers, OEMs, and defense contractors, leveraging Chase and Sheldahl heritage

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or related fields.
• Experience selling into aerospace, defense, satellites, electronics, or advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for space, aerospace, satellite, and defense accounts.
• Identify and develop new customers and programs across aerospace markets.
• Manage opportunities from early design engagement through qualification and production adoption.
• Lead consultative technical discussions to define requirements and performance needs.
• Translate customer requirements into product-development priorities with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management.
