Job summary

Carpenter Co. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Technical Sales and Service Representative to purchase and maintain repair parts for internal and external equipment production and for resale, and to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.

This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an hourly pay range of $24.03 to $36.06. Travel expenses are reimbursed, and the position reports to the Tirefill Division's National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Technical Sales.
• Proficient with SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and maintain repair parts for internal and external equipment production and for re-sale to customers.
• Maintain customer pricing for replacement parts in SAP.
• Inventory parts and equipment quarterly.
• Fulfill customer parts orders and ship via UPS.
• Train customers on Carpenter Tirefill equipment and products.
