Tremco Construction Products Group in Coppell, TX is seeking a Senior Estimator to deliver detailed material takeoffs, project estimates, and technical inputs for bid responses within the Panelization/Facades/Roofing business.

You will develop estimating processes, interpret drawings and specs, convert AutoCAD to deliverables, and collaborate with the sales team to support bids; on-site role with 5+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction or technical service.
• Experience with metal roofing and detailed takeoffs for client inquiries.
• Proficient in interpreting specifications and drawings for bids.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement estimating processes and on-screen takeoffs.
• Prepare all aspects of estimates, including specs and addenda.
• Interpret construction schedules and compute project costs.
• Create a project cost database and support bid responses.
• Contribute to literature for new product launches and convert CAD files.
