Job summary

Balluff is launching a Sales Trainee Engagement Program (STEP) beginning January 2027 for graduates in engineering, business, or technical fields. The twelve-month paid rotation prepares you to become a Technical Sales Engineer in a defined territory across Balluff's global network.

You will rotate through Technical Customer Support, Sales Support, and Operations, gaining hands-on product knowledge and customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a technical discipline.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn Balluff products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Balluff’s key functions (Technical Sales Support, Sales Support, Operations) as part of STEP.
• Participate in structured product and sales training programs and build customer relationships.
