Job summary

Carrier Enterprise offers a full-time Trainee Program for entry-level candidates who have recently graduated. The 12-month, cross-functional program covers sales, wholesale/branch sales, distribution, warehouse operations, and other business areas, with the goal of developing customer-first professionals.

Participants travel during training and may relocate upon program completion, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, within two years of graduation from an accredited four-year institution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
Willingness to travel during training and relocation after program.

Responsibilities

Participate in Carrier Enterprise’s 12-month Trainee Program to develop tools and skills across multiple business areas.
Engage in cross-functional segments including sales, distribution, warehousing, finance, and marketing.
Prepare to move into roles in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, or other business units after program.
Learn to create a great customer experience and contribute to a customer-first culture.
