Johnson Controls’ Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program is a 6-month development track designed for recent engineering graduates who want to launch a career in technical sales. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and gain hands-on customer exposure while learning Johnson Controls’ HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
