AI Scientist / AI Solutions Architect (Applied AI)

Sheetak is looking for a hands-on AI Scientist / AI Solutions Architect to build and deploy AI-driven solutions both on the technical and business side to strengthen our market position in the thermal management segment and which leverages our proprietary thermoelectric technology.

This is an applied AI role. You’ll work with the team to identify high-value initiatives to solve product or market challenges, and prototype and implement quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-powered applications using:
• • LLMs, agents, and modern AI frameworks
  • RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• Identify and validate new technology and/or manufacturing processes, product opportunities and markets/applications
• Create the tools to help design real-world thermal management systems for Sheetak’s target markets and application segments
• Stay current with the latest tools (agents, token optimization, orchestration frameworks)
• You will have access to Sheetak’s proprietary intellectual property information, market and customer knowledge, as well as access to appropriate external data sources.

• Strong experience (or demonstrable knowledge) with LLMs, agents, and applied AI systems
• Proven ability to build real-world, deployable solutions
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI tooling
• Product mindset: able to connect technology to use cases and markets
• Comfortable working across ambiguity and defining problems
• Ability to work across different functional teams – technical and business
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with edge AI, IoT, or hardware integration
• Background in semiconductors, thermal management; also physical modeling
• Startup or 0→1 product experience
