Job summary

Sheetak is seeking a Product Manager, Thermoelectric Modules to own the product strategy, requirements, and roadmap for TEC and TEG lines, spanning the CENTUM family and Energy Harvesting. This role combines market intelligence with hands-on product management, writing PRDs and guiding products from concept through launch, while also running select projects day to day.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree a plus.
2–4+ years of product management experience for hardware or electronic components.
Experience writing PRDs and driving products from concept to launch.
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Strong project management skills with scheduling and risk tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Own TEC/TEG product roadmap and balance near-term commitments with long-term strategy.
Write and maintain PRDs and define product positioning for lines.
Prioritize features based on target application requirements.
Track market trends across end markets and anticipate demand.
Benchmark competitors and analyze pricing and positioning.
Translate customer input into research findings and opportunities.
Scout new technologies and propose roadmap opportunities.
Serve as project manager for TEC/TEG development projects.
Coordinate cross-functional work between engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
Act as main product contact between Engineering, Manufacturing, Applications Eng, and Sales.
Own go-to-market readiness and monitor post-launch performance.
