Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support regional sales with RFQ activities and technical quotes. You will collaborate with inside and outside sales, verify specifications, and ensure accurate order processing across ERP and CRM platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and CAD tools, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel to meet customer needs may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associate’s degree plus 3 years of technical sales experience, or
• High School diploma plus 5 years in technical sales or quoting roles.
• Proficiency with ERP to quote and enter orders; CRM experience in quoting and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQ and technical quoting processes for regional sales teams.
• Review customer specs and develop technical quotes for appropriate products.
• Enter and verify orders in Oracle/Salesforce/RFQ systems to ensure accuracy.
