Job summary
AirPro Fan & Blower Company is seeking a technical sales professional to evaluate opportunities, develop quotes, and secure orders while coordinating with design and sales teams. The role supports Rhinelander, WI or Cody, WY offices, or remote work for the right candidate; strong engineering background and knowledge of centrifugal fans are preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and business sense are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required or working toward; engineering background preferred.
- Strong technical evaluation capabilities for customer manufacturing processes.
- Proficient with MS Office and business software used for managing design/sales details.
- Highly organized with efficient handling of many details and information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and motivation to succeed.
- Knowledge of centrifugal fans and business types (OEMs, contractors, users, etc.) is important.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and determine solutions leading to orders.
- Prepare and present specific quotations to customers.
- Process orders and train reps to quote and process orders.
- Work on projects to improve estimating efficiency and accuracy of fan costs.
- Perform word processing and documentation for communications.
