Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the refractory, foundry, or steel industry.
• Sound understanding of refractory products, properties, lining patterns, and selection criteria.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell refractory products and solutions to Foundries and Mini Steel Plants.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across the Gujarat market.
• Provide technical support to customers, including product selection, repair recommendations, installation supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sustainable sales growth.
• Prepare and implement sales development plans for assigned territories.
• Collaborate with customers' technical, operations, refractory, and commercial teams.
• Support customers by recommending improvements in lining designs and proposing value-added products and services.
• Assist with troubleshooting and provide initial analysis of refractory performance issues.
• Prepare technical reports, quotations, presentations, and customer proposals.
• Conduct regular customer visits and travel extensively within the region.
