Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support Hypersteel Cold Form Buildings with technical design assistance, software troubleshooting, and order changes. The role bridges sales and engineering to help customers bring projects to market.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical mindset, excellent communication, and experience in metal building or construction products. Travel to customer sites and tradeshows is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years equivalent in the construction industry.
• Experience with steel building design/erection is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and communicate technical details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects and contractors.
• Support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, dealer networks.
• Train customers on platforms, product details and installation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product adoption.
• Provide high level customer service and manage expectations.
• Visit job sites to validate inventory, compliance and installation execution.
