Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to support and grow Hypersteel® Cold Form Buildings. You will act as a liaison between sales and customers for design support, software troubleshooting, and engineering-related order changes, with on-site deployment as needed.

The role requires strong technical mindset, excellent communication, and experience in metal building, roofing, wall panels, or related construction products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Industry with 3 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of steel building design and/or erection experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, general contractors, and other industry partners.
• Support multiple sales channels including direct retail, distribution, dealer networks, and turnkey building providers.
• Train customers on technology platforms, product details, and processes.
• Visit job sites to validate inventory, compliance, and installation procedures.
