Mid-Continent Engineering, LLC in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team. This full-time role offers a salary range of $108,000 to $155,000 annually and a first-shift schedule from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

The Sales Engineer will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and explain complex solutions clearly. A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or engineering and at least five years of sales experience in a manufacturing setting are

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to present complex solutions clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

Seek and develop new business opportunities with internal sales and current customers.
