Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from a technical college or university in a related field.
• Familiarity with machining, welding, assembly, and related processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Proficient with SolidWorks/Mastercam; Epicor ERP is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate team efforts to deliver projects as planned.
• Define project objectives and ensure results throughout product life cycle.
• Develop full-scale project plans and provide status reports.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Control expenditures within project budget.
• Ensure design compliance and transition from development to production.
