Job summary

Fortress Safety, part of Halma plc, is expanding its Northeast US presence with a Hybrid/Remote role. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close in Machinery Safety, Warehouse Automation, and Food & Beverage sectors.

You will identify new opportunities, build a strong pipeline, present compelling demonstrations, and translate technical needs into value. Requires engineering background and travel up to 40% within the Baltimore–Boston corridor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record in new business development and meeting sales targets.
• Domain knowledge in Machinery Safety, Warehouse Automation, or Food & Beverage sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across target sectors.
• Develop strategic plans to penetrate markets and grow footprint.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present tailored solutions.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to drive outcomes.
