Senstronic Group is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive growth in Michigan and neighboring states. You will serve as a technical advisor and strategic business partner for automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial customers.

You will develop relationships across factory, project, and purchasing levels, identify needs, and propose tailored technical solutions. Remote/home-office based with significant autonomy and travel in the Northern U.S.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven success in technical sales within industrial markets.
• Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow business with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial customers
• Build relationships with customers at factory, project, and purchasing levels
• Identify customer challenges and propose tailored technical solutions
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Northern U.S. territory
• Promote Senstronic's sensing and automation solutions through visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Support project development from opportunity identification through implementation
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and international teams
• Prepare commercial proposals and support contract negotiations
• Manage customer activity, reporting, and territory planning
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities
