Job summary

Paper Machinery Corporation in Milwaukee seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to grow our business with existing customers and develop new opportunities for our high-performance forming machinery.

You will learn PMC's equipment, collaborate with engineering and service teams, and manage quotes and proposals through installation and follow-up. A minimum of 3+ years in sales and CRM proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent sales experience considered.
• 3+ years in sales or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn mechanical/electrical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, research, and outbound sales.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, order, installation, and follow-up.
• Learn PMC's machinery and become a knowledgeable resource for customers.
• Work with engineering and other internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate customer visits, machine demonstrations, and acceptance tests.
• Identify opportunities for additional equipment, upgrades, and services within existing accounts.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer information, and activity in CRM.
