Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support designers, engineers, contractors, distributors, and officials in developing specifications and solving technical problems. You will promote Contech products with autonomy, collaborating with regional leadership to grow sales in your assigned territory.

You will engage customers with technical presentations, provide field support for submittals, and manage pricing strategies while expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil or environmental) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in site civil projects, technical sales, or engineering.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of construction industry and pricing concepts.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales goals for the territory.
• Develop territory-specific business plans with leadership.
• Interact with customers to provide technical assistance and develop new accounts.
• Conduct technical presentations and support submittals and product delivery.
• Plan territory coverage and manage direct and distribution channels.
