Job summary

CaptiveAire is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join the team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new accounts. The role covers applications engineering, sales support and field service, with extensive training under a mentor.

In this position you will learn CaptiveAire products, market approach, and sales strategies while visiting job sites, conducting presentations and supporting customers to ensure rapid project execution and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical or science-oriented field.
• 0-5 years experience in sales engineering or related role.
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Work directly with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily tasks include inside sales support, application engineering and outside sales.
• Responsibilities may include presentations, quotes, submittals, technical product support, site visits and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users in your market and develop new opportunities.
• Top-notch customer service and quick turnaround times to improve the customer experience.
