Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Recent graduates or early-career candidates may be considered for Sales Engineer level.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales, technical sales, or account management experience is preferred for experienced-level candidates.
• Experience in electronic components, electronics, semiconductors, automotive electronics, or related technical products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and new customer accounts.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and product information.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, Accounting, factories, and warehouses.
• Support product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer technical discussions.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and customer agreements.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records.
• Support achievement of sales and revenue targets.
