Qualifikationen

• Expert Japanese and advanced professional English proficiency.
• Experience in machine builder or system integrator environments.
• Experience in sales engineering or industrial sales.
• Knowledge of industrial automation/control products (PLCs, sensors, robotics, motion control).

Aufgaben

• Identify customer production challenges, technical requirements, and equipment needs.
• Develop solutions involving production equipment, factory automation, control systems, and industrial products.
• Coordinate with engineers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and system integrators.
• Support projects from concept and planning through proposals, quotations, implementation, and completion.
• Provide consultative support for automation, labor reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate technical/commercial proposals, project schedules, and progress.
• Provide technical support to internal sales personnel as needed.
