Job summary

Testforce USA is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive revenue in the US market. The TAM will manage new and existing customer accounts, leveraging a strong technical background in test and measurement and excellent communication to liaise with engineering and sales teams.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in electronics or related fields, proven sales prospecting experience, and the ability to interface with suppliers to demonstrate product value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or electrical technologist.
• Experience prospecting sales, generating leads and executing sales in high-tech, telecom, or software.
• Experience in electrical Test & Measurement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify top sales opportunities and support them to close the deal.
• Generate sales revenue by negotiating deals and selling products to customers.
• Demonstrate technical competence in suppliers' products and benefits to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to grow accounts.
• Commit to personal growth and participating in Testforce USA sales training sessions.
• Learn about Testforce USA suppliers, products, applications, market segments, and competition.
• Craft customer-focused strategies that add value to Testforce USA.
• Identify new sales opportunities with existing or prospective customers.
• Field inbound calls and/or leads; follow up on opportunities.
• Provide superior customer support and coordinate with teams to respond to RFQs/RFIs and quotes.
• Work with customers, business development and reps on end-to-end product strategies.
