Position Summary

This role involves managing various aspects of the business development and sales cycle while providing consultative services to clients. The position is remote, with travel required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through diligent prospecting via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  2. Sales Execution: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations aligned with proven sales frameworks.
  3. Market Research: Conduct industry research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential product offerings.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Identify opportunities for collaborations that create new sales channels and synergies.
  5. Technical Expertise: Understand and articulate the value of our solutions while guiding clients on their application.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  7. Other Duties: Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, or a related technical field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in hydraulic fracturing, with a background in oil and gas operations, completions, or reservoir engineering preferred.
  3. Ability to synthesize and analyze geological, operational, and real-time data to derive actionable insights.
  4. Proven track record of selling technical solutions to completion engineers.
  5. Established network within E&P companies and operators.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
