The Westinghouse Parts (WP) Principal OEM Sales Engineer is responsible for leading the development of complex commercial offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business. The OEM Sales Engineer will work closely with the fulfillment team, Inside Sales team, and Product Management team. Additionally, the OEM Sales Engineer is expected to collaborate with global Business Units (BUs), Global Operations Services (GOS), account teams, supply chain, legal, and marketing to position commercial offerings effectively while managing risks. This is a US ONLY Remote or Mobile role.

Your Day To Day
  • Develop challenging offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business, including reviewing client specifications, working with suppliers, preparing technical and commercial offers, and developing pricing and lead time strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and fulfillment organizations to align on strategies.
  • Lead process improvement projects to reduce quote turnaround time and evaluate pricing levels.
  • Analyze offers to make informed pricing recommendations.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure timely issuance of offers.
Who You Are
  • B.S. degree in engineering, business management, or similar experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, business, operations, or nuclear parts sales.
  • Strong engineering, commercial, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding of financials related to sales and margin, and ability to develop commercial offers.
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at higher organizational levels.
