Job summary

Ibotta in Denver is seeking a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist to drive skill development and process improvements within the Revenue team. The role blends instructional design, live training, and documentation to empower Account Coordinators, Campaign Operations, and related roles.

With 3 days in-office in Denver, you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and operations. The base pay range is $76,000–$85,000, plus equity, relocation support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical enablement or related fields in B2B SaaS/MarTech.
  • Experience in Account Coordinator or Campaign Operations roles preferred.
  • Passion for adult learning theory and using feedback to drive performance.
  • Desire to become a subject matter expert on supported workflows and how associates learn.
  • Proven problem-solving skills translating business needs into learning opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead live training and onboarding.
  • Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Deep Salesforce proficiency; familiarity with Articulate Rise, Workday Learning, call recording/role playing platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex systems into clear docs and job aids.
  • Strong technical writing to distill platform rules into core materials.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales enablement team, leadership, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for skill development and process improvement.
  • Translate business needs into learning solutions from individual plans to full training modules.
  • Facilitate customized and interactive learning sessions for onboarding, cross-training, and ongoing education.
  • Manage the training cycle: assess needs, design and deliver solutions, measure impact.
  • Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of curricula, technical documentation, walkthroughs, and job aids.
  • Research and recommend new training content and delivery methods to leadership.
  • Produce dynamic digital content and self-paced modules using instructional design best practices.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Ad Ops, and Client Partnerships to document new releases and ensure adoption.
  • Develop micro-trainings for new system releases, UI changes, and seasonal workflows.

Ibotta is seeking an innovative and adaptable Technical Sales Enablement Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about helping people grow and connecting skill development to business success. In this role, you will be a key driver of our mission to cultivate talent, helping every team member master their role and achieve their full potential. This position will sit on our Sales Enablement team and support our Revenue team, specifically focused on supporting the Account Coordinator, Campaign Operations Associate and hybrid processes, with possible opportunities to support other lines of business as our team and company grow.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with sales enablement team members, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for skill development and process improvement.

  • Translate business needs and performance opportunities into comprehensive learning solutions—from individual training plans to full-scale training modules that are targeted, effective, and engaging.

  • Facilitate customized and interactive learning sessions for new-hire onboarding, internal cross-training, and continuous education.

  • Manage the execution of the training cycle: assess needs, design and deliver solutions, and measure their effectiveness to ensure a positive impact.

  • Build, author, and maintain a centralized knowledge base of high-quality training curricula, technical documentation, step-by-step system walkthroughs, and job aids for various workflows.

  • Proactively research and recommend new training content and innovative delivery methods to leadership.

  • Apply instructional design best practices to produce dynamic digital content, self-paced learning modules, and slide decks that enhance new-hire onboarding and continuous training.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, Ad Ops, and Client Partnerships Teams to turn new product releases and platform capabilities into clear, timely documentation and training that ensure seamless adoption before go-to-market launch.

  • Develop targeted micro-trainings for new system releases, platform UI changes, and evolving seasonal campaign workflows

What we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical enablement, operational training, instructional design, or technical writing within a B2B SaaS, MarTech, or media execution environment.

  • Experience in the Account Coordinator, Campaign Operations Associate, or related Business Operations role is preferred.

  • A genuine passion for adult learning theory and using feedback to drive performance improvement.

  • A desire to become a subject matter expert, both on the workflows you support and on how our associates learn and apply new information effectively.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and connect them to learning opportunities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to lead engaging live training sessions, coach individuals during onboarding, and present complex workflows simply.

  • A self-directed and results-driven individual who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce is required. Familiarity with Articulate Rise, Workday Learning, Call recording/role playing platforms is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to translate complex systems, multi-step tool workflows, and product updates into clear, structured documentation, quick-reference job aids, and user-friendly visual guides.

  • Demonstrated knack for technical writing, with the ability to distill intricate platform rules and operational processes into core materials and documentation.
