Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science field.
• 3+ years in semiconductor industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of hardware engineering workflows.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of memory/storage tech basics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end technical product samples and shipments.
• Track and manage technical processes across accounts.
• Serve as technical product inquiry contact and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain product documentation and project data.
• Coordinate product change notices and lifecycle events.
• Manage hardware sample loaner pools and inventory.
• Support Field Application Engineers during design cycles.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows with internal tools.
