Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Technical Sales Development Representative to join our Customer Engineering team. You will oversee end-to-end technical tasks, including product sample deployments, lifecycle management, and handling technical questions from customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/science.
• 3+ years in semiconductor industry or related field; roles include FAE, systems engineer, or hardware test engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Identify automation opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Knowledge of memory/storage technologies and related platforms (CPU, GPU, NPU, PMIC).
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical product samples from configuration through international shipment tracking to final customer validation.
• Coordinate and track technical product processes across multiple customer accounts.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical product inquiries and escalate complex engineering issues.
• Maintain and update technical product documentation, qualification statuses, and project data.
• Orchestrate communication and execution of product change notices and lifecycle events.
• Oversee regional loaner pools of hardware samples and manage inventory levels.
• Assist Field Application Engineers during active design cycles and qualifications with logistics and materials.
• Prepare technical data and status updates for quarterly customer reviews and drive follow-up actions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve process efficiency with internal tools.
