Toray Plastics (America) Inc. seeks an entry-level Sales Representative to learn the product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, target markets, and competitive advantages.

The role combines customer-facing sales with administrative tasks to support the PEF Sales department and develops new business opportunities on-site at the Front Royal, VA division with 25–50% travel. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or similar.
• Experience with manufacturing or industrial products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations in assigned area.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through solid customer service and new markets.
• Assist with quotations, proposals, product samples, technical presentations, sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Travel 25–50% as required to meet with customers and support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and other systems.
