Job summary

Toray Plastics (America), Inc. is seeking an entry-level Associate Sales Representative at the Front Royal, VA PEF Division. You will learn our product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities and target markets while supporting the Sales department and developing new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related experience and a technical or business degree; travel 25–50% is required. You will receive formal training, mentoring and opportunities to advance into commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, business, marketing or related field.
0–2 years of experience; sales, business development, customer service or related internships preferred.
Strong communication, time-management and teamwork skills.
Ability to travel 25–50% and work on-site when not traveling.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations within assigned area or product line.
Develop technical product knowledge and build relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, samples, technical presentations and sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and other systems.
Travel 25–50% to support customer and business needs.
