Summary

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time Technical Resource Coordinator to work in collaboration with Project Managers, Staff Assessors, and Partner Associates to assign technical staff projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner, as well as helping maintain our project tracking system, and assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports.

Essential Duties & Tasks
  1. Staffing reviews according to clients’ scope of work, needs, and location by using various forms of communication (email, internal messaging system, and telephone)
  2. Determine technical staff’s availability based on their workload and schedule
  3. Work in collaboration with Project Managers, Staff Assessors, and Partner Associates to meet various needs nationwide
  4. Assign technical staff projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner
  5. Maintain a project tracking system using Partner technology (Excel, etc)
  6. Enter data into company database
  7. Manage regulatory for various states
  8. Approve and create expense reports
  9. Refine webinar collateral material and coordinate technical aspects of meetings
  10. Perform data entry following prescribed or established formats
  11. Assist in the development of documents for proposals and reports
  12. Compose and/or draft correspondences and reports
  13. Responsible for outgoing and incoming mail and faxes
  14. Track projects, proposals, and any other related items
  15. Order safety supplies
  16. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
  4. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and specific requirements
  5. Ability to work within a team environment
  6. Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. 3+ years of relevant office experience
  3. Previous experience in coordinating/scheduling company personnel is a huge plus
  4. Experience working in an engineering, construction or environmental field is a plus
Physical Requirements
  1. Communications: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  2. Hearing: Adequate to perform job duties in person or over the phone.
  3. Speaking: Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
  4. Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  5. Physical:
  • Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
  • Manual dexterity to operate equipment and perform manual responsibilities.
  • Some lifting may be required on occasion, help will be provided if needed.
Compensation

Salary range: $23/hr to $26/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other organizational needs. The disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program based on performance.
