You will manage a small team, coach recruiters, and partner with leaders to translate hiring plans into sourcing strategies, while benefiting from hybrid work, in-office meals, and a professional

• 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting.
• 3+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
• Experience measuring pipeline conversion, source quality, and time-to-fill.
