Job summary

Maven Clinic seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for frontline and provider roles as we scale our care delivery network. This 3-month contract role starts October 13, 2026, in a fast-paced health tech startup environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting at scale, thrives in changing environments, and delivers exceptional candidate experiences. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline and provider hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline and provider roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while clearly articulating Maven’s mission, culture, and care model.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, inbound applicant management, and referrals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Bring fresh ideas and solutions to continuously improve high-volume recruiting efforts.
