Job summary

Maven is seeking a contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for frontline and provider roles across multiple time zones, from sourcing through onboarding.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates while communicating Maven’s mission, culture, and care model. Manage 20+ requisitions in a health tech setting and build pipelines with referrals and inbound applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume frontline and provider hiring.
• Experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment.
• Experience hiring for both non-exempt and exempt roles.
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem.
